Zone 3 (U16-U19) 

At Sockers FC Chicago, Zone 3 is where players prepare to turn their passion into opportunity. Designed for boys and girls ages U16–U19, this program represents the highest level of youth development within our club. Athletes continue to compete in the nation’s top platforms, including MLS NEXT Tier 1 and Tier 2, Girls Academy and Girls Academy Aspire, and NISL NPL Regionals and Nationals—facing elite competition that challenges every aspect of their game. Players refine their technical ability, tactical awareness, and physical readiness while participating in both pool training and platform-specific team training. What sets Zone 3 apart is its focus on college showcases and recruitment, with players actively supported through the college identification process and exposed to top collegiate programs across the country. This phase is about performance and opportunity.  We empower athletes to take the final step toward their goals, whether that’s playing at the collegiate, professional, or national team level. 

These players continue their journey at the highest level with the added College recruitment process. Sockers FC Chicago’s goal is for players who leave Zone 3 to take their next step in their career, whether that is through College Soccer or Professional Soccer.
